SISTAR’s Hyorin caused her fans some concern after the condition of her vocal cords were revealed on KBS’s “Idol Health Beauty Contest“.
All the female idol contestants were screened for a report on the health of their vocal cords.
Test results showed that Hyorin’s vocal cords were in the worst condition of all, which led her to confess that she had a tendency to shout when she laughs. Although professionals didn’t feel that surgery was necessary, they still advised her to rest them in order to prevent vocal cord nodules.
Anchorwoman Park Eun Young was chosen to have the cleanest and most healthiest vocal cords.
